ABOUT LYMAN BOAT WORKS
A historic name in Ohio’s marine industry, Lyman Boat Works was established in 1875 by a German immigrant. Starting with rowboats, Lyman Boat Works would progress to sailboats and later outboard motor boats into the 1920s. At the peak period of Lyman Boat Works, the company constructed 5,000 boats per year.
